Blue Sky Music brings you Open Mic at the Broadwater, a friendly Greene King venue with food available until 7pm – come and have dinner then sing some songs – what could be better?!

Slots for the open mic do not need to be pre-booked – just turn up and play. We have a whiteboard where you can put your name down, then we go down the list in the order they’re written. Three songs each, up to 15 minutes. Showcases take two slots so if you’re ever interested just let us know.

We have a house guitar, keyboard and a drum kit is often provided by local drummers. We supply four wireless vocal mics and wireless guitar systems for guitars and basses, to keep the stage area uncluttered from cables and enable smooth transitions between acts.

Our open mics encourage collaboration and if you are a musician looking to start or join a band, it’s a good place for you to find like-minded people. Everyone is welcome!
