I wrote this song in early 2008 about these strange out of body experiences I began having several years earlier. They were pretty scary at first but eventually I got used to them and accepted it as something that happens from time to time. Being alive is weird and comes with weird occurrences we can’t always explain or understand. Living with discomfort is a reality for most of us so its important to support one another if we can and never take health for granted. Remember to stay strong and stay hopeful.
